Sacramento's, Tinoco's Mexican food makes a delicious chile relleno plate.
A poblano pepper which is roasted to soften is bathed in a flour & egg batter to be fried, then stuffed with queso fresco. Topped with Tinoco's chile relleno sauce, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, Tinoco's pico de gallo, sour cream, avocado, and a slice of tomato.
On the side you have Tinoco's Mexican rice and Tinoco's refried beans or whole beans topped with mozzarella cheese.
